Anya is an experienced practitioner who is combining her deep knowledge of various aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine with her first-hand understanding of challenges and demands of modern lifestyle in Silicon Valley. With her previous background as a successful tech executive and management consultant, she knows what it takes to counter profound impacts of stress on one’s health and to develop balanced approach to one’s well-being.
Anya is a dedicated Qi Gong practitioner and Medical Qi Gong Therapist. She completed Qigong training programs in Korea and China – at Qingchengshang (Cheng Du Province), where she received her Chinese name Ya Xiao Wei ( “Gracefully Cultivating for the Benefit of Others”). She provided medical Qi Gong treatments as part of her clinical internship to many of her patients.
Anya is an avid athlete, she is a marathoner and a yogi. She applies her understanding of human body and energy management in her running, using Qi Running method, which allows her to turn running into a meditative and a low impact experience.
Anya spent many years coaching and mentoring leaders in various roles in the corporate environments and developed a unique style of Transformative life style coaching, which she is now applying in her practice. Everything she learns, all of her rich life experiences are now assembled into a diverse toolkit, which she is using to help others.

Dr. Shel Di Montagna, DAOMc, LAc is an Education Specialist and H.A.N.D.L.E practitioner, as well as a licensed acupuncturist & herbalist, specializing in helping families create and sustain daily health routines that bring ease to their wellness goals.
Licensed in both adult and pediatric care, Dr. Shel specializes in harmonizing disorders of the gut-brain axis affecting appetite, digestion, food sensitivities, low immunity, sleep, learning, memory, stress tolerance, brain development, addiction and mood stability.
After two decades supporting families as a teacher, advocate and family resource specialist, Dr. Shel shifted gears towards family medicine completing a Community Health Science degree in early 2000 on her way to becoming a Holistic Family Nurse Practitioner.
Disappointed in the lack of focus on education and empowerment at the prestigious medical school she chose, she switched to Chinese Medicine attending Five Branches University for her Masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, with extended training from Dr. Lucy Hu, a famous pediatric physician acupuncturist from China and Holly Guzman, OMD, a well known integrative doctor of oriental Medicine tackling complex health disorders in Santa Cruz, California.
Completing the competitive clinical Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Dr. Shel also has additional intensive study in medical herbalism and scalp acupuncture for integrative neurology with Dr. Suzanne Robidoux in Toronto, ON and holistic pediatric care for Immunity, Digestive Disorders, ADHD and Autism with Robin Ray Green in Idaho.
Dr. Shel is overjoyed to share herbal medicine, nutrition, acupuncture, body work, neuro-diverse therapies and many other resources with families to support healing and wellness for the whole family.
